Social Networkers Shop More

Not only are more shoppers coming from social networking sites, but more people are networking socially. Tumblr, for example, has almost tripled its audience over the last year.

One statistic from the report that wasn’t a shock is that 18-34 year-old females are the most active social network users and that mobile phone usage to access social networks has increased substantially – citing that 40% of networkers have used their mobile phones to access their accounts.

Bringing more shoppers to your website requires more social networking than ever before. When a satisfied customer sees a positive rating, they now have the ability to network that information to their friends and family.  Displaying a Shopper Approved seal with accompanying ratings and reviews from your customers will substantially increase sales once visitors get to your site and will perpetually bring more customers, as customers share their positive experiences with their social networks.
